Sevengrams built its business over more than fifteen years as a dual-track operation: house blends and single origins under the 7Gr. label, which draw on high-quality commercial green, sit alongside the Lot Zero specialty line aimed at a more demanding segment. Rather than positioning itself purely as a roasting house, the company built out a full education and hospitality arm — professional barista training, consumer workshops, and corporate team-building events centered on coffee — making Coffee Studio 7Gr. more of a learning and tasting destination than a traditional café-roastery.
