Coffee Libre is a Seoul-based specialty roaster founded by Pil Hoon Seu, operating out of the Yeonnam-dong neighborhood. Seu has become one of South Korea's more recognized figures in specialty coffee, a position built on sourcing discipline and a willingness to work with producers across a wide geographic range — from Colombia micro lots and Kenyan lots to Peruvian Geisha, Indian Arabica from the Bhadra region, and Rwandan single farms.
